Delta Life Insurance holds 29th Annual General Meeting

The 29th Annual General Meeting of Delta Life Insurance Co Ltd was held on Sunday, the 21st June, 2015 at Delta Life Tower, 16-17 M.A. Bari Sarak with Mr. Monzurur Rahman, Chairman of the Board of Directors in the chair.

The meeting approved the Annual Accounts, Balance Sheet and dividend 20% Cash for each share of Tk.10.00 for the year 2014.

Welcoming the shareholders the Chairman in his address gave a brief description of the performances and achievement of the Company during the year 2014. He said “Despite all the political turmoil and formidable challenges Delta Life has completed another year of profitable operations. Delta Life had a premium income of TK.544.43 crore, investment and other income was TK.300.28 crore and life fund stands at Tk.3,052.92 crores in 2014 he added.
